The OPS Mgr will be expected to have an interactive knowledge of all site systems and processes. *Maintain the current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual that facilitates cross training and desk coverage. Check quality and validate process document revisions submitted by team members for inclusion in SOP. Desk coverage must be seamless to the services contracted and expected by the client. *Establish priorities, meet timelines/deadlines, and display good organizational, professional, interpersonal, and presentation skills. *Understand the details of PRO's menu of account services, operations procedures and site-specific contracts. This includes: payroll, human resources, accounts payable and receivable, expense guidelines, credit and collections, risk management, workers' compensation, in-country laws, etc. *Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client's industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions by frequenting the client's website and reading about client. Read client product material including financial documents such as 10K. *Establish on-site awareness of important business development opportunities as well as market changes that the client is experiencing. Ensure that staff is also immersed in understanding the clients business. *Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with client contact responsible for the PRO program. Become the primary escalation POC for staffing services internal and external issues. Contribute and develop meeting agenda for weekly operations meeting with client sponsor. *Maintain a presence that adds credibility and positive perception of OPS Mgr. and on-site team. Excellent credibility of the on-site is imperative to the success of the on-site service. *Develop Departmental Profiles for all program users by introducing PRO, understanding their needs and expectations, and presenting PRO as a solution. *Facilitate issue resolution within client contacts to achieve an outcome that is in PRO's best interest *Handle Employee Relations issues and facilitate with appropriate client and internal PRO HR contacts. *Prepare and present client Quality Business Reviews and Internal Account Reviews in partnership with the Program Manager. *Improve and facilitate process improvements to on-site function overall and site specific processes. *Maintain a clear line of communication with Program Manager as needed to insure successful service delivery. *Initiate escalation and handle as appropriate both internal issues to PRO as well as client specific issues. *Identify new decision-makers/client contacts to Program Manager and assist in building relationship. *Track and report monthly & quarterly service level agreements (SLA) and initiate process improvements. *Coordinate all coverage issues for self and on-site team as needed for site coverage. *OPS Mgr. knows and can function in the absence of a CSC/or CSR as needed to support the daily services to the client. In addition, will closely work with Program Manager, as needed for support and guidance. *Manages supplier (vendor) relationships, which include additions, separating from the relationship, involuntary dismissals, performance and quality discipline. *Initiates & coordinates the ScoreCard & Audit process on a quarterly basis. Conducts annual supplier optimization assessment. *Primary POC for supplier relationships to resolve escalated/high profile supplier and/or supplier employee issues. *Manages the contract process with new staffing supplier from the initial call to the implementation of the contract; for suppliers rolling workers into the program, manage the onboarding process for those workers. *Removal or tiering down of current staffing suppliers. *Conduct continuous analyses of supplier partnership in conjunction with account team - resume submittals, interviews to hire, new hires, process compliance, and billing. *Coordinate and develop content for annual supplier summits. *Review the Best-in-Class Checklist to ensure operational excellence is met at all times. *Manage review, development and completion of staffing team's quarterly Business Development Plans. *Responsible for weekly activity reporting. *Participate and contribute to account projects when identified. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage PRO staff in compliance with all employment laws and PRO's human resources policies/procedures. Job titles of PRO on-site staff managed by the OPS Mgr. will vary. Manage the on-site staff through leading by example: leadership, professionalism, exemplary management principles, good judgment, good attendance, punctuality, etc. *Ensure bi-monthly staffing team meetings are held and provide guidance as to content and communication. *Management of the PRO on-site staff to include: daily supervision - real-time feedback/coaching, primary escalation point, scheduled 1:1s, performance management, career development through training, and backup. *As an on-site team, maintain an efficient, productive, professional on-site environment. *Maintain and manage an on-site environment that is professional, best in quality and with high standards of ethics and efficiency. Desired Skills and Experience Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience *Minimum of five years of recent management experience that includes supervisory responsibilities of 6-8 direct reports *Previous management experience in business development /client management, branch operations, Human Resources, retail operations, and/ or customer service. *Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, interpersonally, and delivery presentations. Typical Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate the effective flow of passengers throughout the terminal building and landside facilities • Monitor and inspect ground transportation services within the Airport • Perform security-related inspections as required by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) • Coordinate and perform airfield operations activities including the inspection of runways and taxiways • Make short-term maintenance and safety recommendations to senior staff and management • Inspect airport operating areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; coordinate with senior staff to manage appropriate actions, including airfield closures • Coordinate winter weather operations; assist with the snow desk • Respond to all aircraft emergencies, incidents, and accidents; prepare and distribute accident and incident reports; identify and report property damage • Serve as the Airport liaison to the incident commander until relieved • Assist the incident commander by coordinating responding services • Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations department • Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers Examples of Job Competencies Knowledge of: • Operations, services, and activities of an Airport operations programs • Principles and procedures of ground transportation and airport terminal operations • Airfield safety standards • Airport Advisory Circulars • Airport Security Regulations 49 CFR part 1542 and Federal Aviation Regulations 14 CFR part 139 • Modern office equipment, including computers and supporting software and database applications Ability to: • Perform effectively in stressful situations • Effectively coordinate and communicate airfield operations • Interpret and explain pertinent City policies and procedures • Respond to requests and inquiries from the public • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, verbally and in writing • Establish and maintain effective working relationships Work will be performed in an office and airfield environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, and inclement weather conditions. This position requires you to be available to work all shifts on a rotating basis. This position requires that you are available for emergency callout. The selected candidate must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check as required by the TSA. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Three years of full-time airport ground operations, runway and taxiway maintenance, terminal aircraft support facilities, related lighting and/or safety systems experience. Possess, or obtain upon hire, and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in aviation management or a related field. Knowledge of FAA and TSA standards for airport operations.
