JOB DUTIES

The duties of the Relationship Manager position includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

Account Management
• Manage customer accounts to ensure the satisfaction of the client

After-Hours Client/Employee Management
• Handle all calls that come in from the sites, clients and security officers/supervisors after-hours
• Respond to all matters from the client sites
• Perform any schedule changes that come up as a result of these calls
• Perform after-hours inspections of employees at client sites


Employee Supervision
• Perform training of new and existing employees
• Ensure that they understand all duties and procedures and are adequately performing them at all times
• Issue performance feedback to officers on an on-going basis
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Identify candidates for promotion
• Assist with the professional growth of employees
• Investigate potential employee performance issues
• Perform counseling sessions with employees to correct any issues or problematic behavior

Hiring Process

You will serve in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Protection and National Preparedness (PNP), Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
You qualify for this position at the GS-09 level if you possess one of the following:

A. One full year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level that demonstrates the ability to implement security policies and procedures in all matters pertaining to personnel and facilities;

B. A master's degree or equivalent or two full years of progressively higher level education leading to such a degree;

Raytheon is looking for an experienced Program Manager (PM) for the Wideband Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Operations and Technical Support (WSOTS) program with an estimated program value of $25M/year. In addition to Program execution responsibilities, the Program Manager will also be instrumental in growing and expanding the WSOTS Program, as well as supporting the Business Development organization in the development and execution of marketing plans, strategies, and captures focused on growing the IIS business both in the US and global marketplace. This individual may be asked to lead proposal efforts, participate in customer presentations and assist in developing winning capture strategies.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Assume leadership of the program in accordance with the cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Manage day to day program development and execution in compliance with Raytheon processes and performance metrics.
• Analyze and Report to business leadership the Program financial performance and technical status. This includes risk and opportunity management.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for managing the contract and conducting Programmatic reviews.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Must have solid technical foundation in O&M environment to understand and manage technical performance, including managing to performance objectives and performance thresholds.

Description: The candidates will support DOD SATCOM management to include satellite communications owned and operated by Department of Defense (DOD) primarily in the government frequency bands (military satellite communications (MILSATCOM)) and commercial SATCOM used by the DOD but provided by commercial entities using commercial frequencies. The term SATCOM also includes allied SATCOM systems and civil SATCOM systems (systems owned by or operated for non-DOD or intelligence agencies) used by DOD.
