COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SUPPORT: The contractor shall provide professional and
technical services, Fiscal database and help desk support, computer
programming services in support of the Transaction Online Processing System
(TOPS). The contractor shall provide sequel programming to support other
associated systems and operational requirements in support to Navy Pay
Personnel Support Center (NPPSC). The contractor shall perform the following
specific tasks but not be limited to, the following: Responsible for the
computer programming maintenance and support for the TOPS system. TOPS is a
multi-user system that provides a work
flow tool within a secure environment for users to initiate and
administratively process tasking related to transactions involving pay
and personnel matter. Perform programmable system upgrades and to support
various programming languages in Structured Query Language (SQL), ASP, PHP,
API, XHTML, CSS, XML, HTML, Java Script, access database, and the
operational requirement to keep the system functioning at an optimal level.
Provide fiscal processing in regards to systems used to support actions of
management and the creation of products used to support these actions such
as tracking tools to account for Labor. Responsible to create and provide
spreadsheets to depict labor information. Response to Comptroller actions
related to monitoring and management aspects of both Fiscal and Labor in
order to automate products and databases associated with these actions.
Provide help desk support to end users and account managers in addressing
problems with the operations of TOPS system, and other associated systems.
Conduct and perform troubleshoot system malfunctions (associated with
programming functions), identify errors and perform the required fix(es).
Provide on a weekly basis a report detailing programming modifications,
updates, repairs, and help desks support activities. Participate in
briefings and meetings. Conduct and review assigned schedules, work
discrepancies and communicate policies, purposes and goal of organization.
Responsible for resource allocation and technical oversight. Provide
technical advice on subject matter related to this task order and technical
expertise in performing complex programs involving multiple tasks associated

Required Skills and Knowledge;


The Contractor employee must have 5 to 10 years experience within a specific
business or equivalent technical management discipline.
Requires a minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering

area of web-based technologies, specifically those related to NPPSC

Contract instructors shall be skilled as subject matter experts in technical surveillance and personal surveillance. They shall also be skilled in personal surveillance, close target reconnaissance, offensive/defensive driving, patrolling, map reading, land navigation, air land and water infiltration/exfiltration, communications planning, biometrics, computer forensics, covert methods of entry, and report writing. Each instructor shall have real world experience and operational currency as both a surveillance operator and technical surveillance operator.

Training Skills.
They shall be able to review and comment on lesson plans, write personal lesson outlines in support of existing Programs of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans, and create training materials (handouts, PowerPoint Slides, outlines, study sheets, etc.) in support of lesson plans, outlines and practical exercises. They shall also be able to perform all instructor tasks in accordance with SAT Implementation. All unqualified contract instructors shall receive a comprehensive evaluation on their platform teaching abilities, and receive extensive training on practical exercise grading criteria standards to help ensure all students are kept to the standards that are set forth by the POI.

Contract instructors shall write English well enough to provide written evaluations and feedback, and to successfully provide written After Action Reviews (AAR), lesson outlines, graded materials, and course material.
Contract instructors shall have a minimum of six years of Special Operations experience or had been a USG appointed subject matter expert in his/her area of instruction

Contract instructors shall be able to walk up to six-mile cross-country over varying terrain carrying varying equipment in a rural environment. The contractor shall be responsible for the physical fitness of employees to meet these requirements.

Duties are: Inspection, repair, maintenance and modification of egress systems, removal and replacement of time change components, and removal, rigging and replacement of seats and canopies. Minimum Requirements:
URS Corporation is hiring qualified Supervisor I in support of USMC Depot Augmentation - Camp Lejeune, NC.

Primary responsibilities and minimum experience requirements to include:

High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years production journeyman or equivalent of government program/project management experience with budgetary responsibilities of up to $6M. Must have a strong ground vehicle maintenance operations and supply background. Marine background is helpful.

Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, quality assurance, operating and maintenance instructions, procedural manuals and contract delivery orders. Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Have the ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees within the organization. Possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as man-hours, standards and percentages. Monitors and fosters harmony among the crew complement.

Review composite reports from individual reports of subordinates prior to submission. Provide guidance to correct errors and complaints. Monitors work sites during and after completion to determine safety, quality, and completeness. Monitor the process of work orders, labor time sheets and material requests for accuracy before submitting. Prepare written and oral reports to Supervisory staff as required. Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested by upper level Supervisor.
