NCO Basic Intel Course Trainer (SECRET) – Afghanistan

This position is for immediate fill.
Experience/Background:
New Century is looking for a former Intel professional, MOS 35 series BNCOC and ANCOC graduate. The candidate needs to have served in tactical units at the battalion, brigade and/or division level. On a case-by-case basis, candidates who have served in a combat arms branch (infantry, artillery, aviation, armor) will be considered, but the candidate needs to know the planning process and have the ability to grasp IPB.

Minimum rank is non-commissioned officer E6-E7, with 10-15 years military experience. Recent operational experience training Afghan or Iraqi forces and/or COIN experience is highly preferred.

Ability to review relevant U.S. Field Manuals and publications for application to the Afghan National Army necessary; in conjunction with CSTC-A develops course of instruction and course materials; provides classroom training as required to teach, coach and train Afghan counterparts.

Bachelors or education equivalent preferred. Extensive experience as a senior trainer and/or course developer preferred. Superior writing, computing and communications skills required. Experience in program or project management plus office automation programs, such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word looked upon favorably. Experience working with Middle Eastern or Asian cultures is desired.

Must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness to be up to date and must hold a current US Passport.

Must be eligible for SECRET Level Security Clearance (Previously granted and never revoked or suspended).

Serves as Supervisor, project leader and senior specialist in the area of computer systems telecommunications, operations, implementation, networking and the integration of new or legacy systems into evolving Agency/organization standard hardware/software architecture.

Specific duties:
• Provides technical expertise in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems during software deployments of the various operating systems used in the enterprise.
• Provides advanced technical support in the planning, designing and implementing software changes and applies knowledge of application systems in order to troubleshoot problems.
• Manages government and contractor staff that deploys software changes in the FEMA enterprise. Provides day to day guidance to the staff regarding either break/fix efforts or long-term tasks.

One full year of Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is described as expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in providing supervision, analysis, operations and maintenance, and implementation expertise to a wide range of information systems applications operating on, or envisioned for, networks and equipment utilized by program offices in analyzing hardware requirements for an organization and the project management background.

Time-in-Grade (TIG) Requirements for Federal employees: Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service for merit promotion consideration.

Supervises outside vendors when required for repair of yard equipment or special projects.
Determines spare parts to be ordered and ensures that all necessary parts and outside services are available to support plant operations. Oversees work order system to assure proper control of repair costs.
Directs the training of mechanics to improve their skills with emphasis on the need to ensure safe operation of equipment.
Assist Plant Manager with all shredder operations, and repair as needed.
Generates various production reports, man-hours etc. on a regular and timely basis. The employee may be assigned to special projects or required to perform other duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by management, to meet company needs.

• Generates technical content of Purchase Orders for field purchased materials and equipment.

• Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to management as required.

Store Manager Job Description
As a primary contact for Safeway customers, the Store Manager is heavily involved in and provides friendly, courteous, and
helpful customer service on a daily basis. The store manager is also responsible for the total operations of the store and
performs various duties personally or through supervision of store employees (8 to 12 direct reports plus 100+ bargaining unit
and non-contract employees). The Store Manager position is a non-union, salaried position and reports to the District
Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree and served a minimum of two (2) years as a commissioned officer
with direct leadership experience in a branch of the United States military.

We are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager which can, develop mandated material, coordinate between project managers, Directors, and country managers, for any and all aspects operations needs to supports its organizational projects...(this type of individual is also known as; Administrative Assistant, Project Support Personnel, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Support Administrator


Responsibilities:
1. Serve as portfolio manager assessing performance of 15 to 20 assigned projects relative to their original SOWs and other contractual obligations:

4. Work with field staff on basic financial analysis relevant to project assets for enhanced reporting and maintenance of project profitability. Review all reports from the field and ensure that all personnel, payroll, procurement, logistic or other support issues are referred to the correct office and are resolved in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate with WSI billing department on invoicing:
• Review and approve all invoices before final submission to the client
• Ensure invoicing is performed monthly or as required by contract
• Notify RONCO Finance and Accounting department and the Director of Field Operations of any significant deviations from projected revenues or charges on a monthly basis

6. Oversee the administration of corporate support to the project:
• Review and approve procurement documents
• Prepare periodic status reports
• Maintain field reports and statistics from each project on Share Point, shared corporate drive or other electronic files as required.

7. Perform site visits to monitor project progress; communicate with field staff on issues relating to contract compliance, inventory and progress schedules.

8. Ensure that contractual arrangements with sub-contractors associated with the project are established. Review sub contractor invoices and ensure that they are correct and paid promptly.

9. Coordinate with Field Managers, Human Resources and Recruiting Departments to assist in the development and execution of accurate personnel requisitions. Track on-boarding process and assist where required. Forecast personnel growth requirements based on assessment of project requirements.

10. Ensure administrative personnel requirements for such systems as SPOT and CVS are correctly entered in a timely manner. Coordinate with field managers to support applications for and access to specialized pre-employment training and administrative requirements such as CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) Contractor Access Cards (CAC) and specialized security clearances per contract requirements.

11. Support Field Managers and RONCO Procurement and Logistics offices in development and maintenance of the RONCO property books.

12. Complete special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-09 level you must possess at least one of the following :
One full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is experience in the federal government, other state, local or non-profit organization, or the private sector that is equivalent to at least the GS-07 level that gives me extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations including but not limited to interpreting statistical information and develop charts, graphs, and reports to project trends and recommend alternative courses of action for disaster program operations.
OR
A Master degree or equivalent that is related.

A combination of experience and education.
