B. Assistant Program Manager
General Description: Organize and manage resources to execute multiple contracts within their defined scope, quality, period of performance, and cost constraints.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Efficiently plan, execute and close Delivery Orders.
• Lead the development of specific Delivery Order proposals when assigned.
• Ensure the specific Delivery Order meets cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

C. Electronics/Communications Systems technician

The electronics/communication systems technician will be performing testing, troubleshooting and repair duties on C4I and maritime surveillance systems and their related electronics equipment. The electronics technician will be involved with a variety of duties including (but not limited to) equipment installation and testing operations, final system operational verification testing (SOVT) and equipment modifications. The electronics technician will also support operations on domestic and overseas deployments.

General Qualifications
The qualified technician will have prior recent experience working as an electronics technician troubleshooting to the component level. Knowledge of digital, analog and RF circuits is required for consideration. The qualified candidate must have experience reading and understanding schematics. The qualified electronics technician must have experience operating electronic test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network cable analyzers and digital/analog multi-meters. Qualified candidates should have prior experience performing mil spec soldering. The most qualified candidate will have prior experience performing troubleshooting and repair on navigation radar equipment, electro-optical sensors, navigation systems, SATCOM or line-of-sight communications equipment. Formal electronics training such as an associate's degree in a related field is preferred but is not required for extremely qualified candidates with commensurate civilian or military experience. Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of electronic theory.
Specialized Qualifications:
Communications:
• C-band Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT)
• 7.0/10.0/15.0 GHz line of sight microwave data-link system installation, alignment, checkout and commissioning.

This is a full time, direct position located in the San Diego, CA area. Description:

Junior Instructor EOD Technician personnel are former EOD technicians and shall serve as SMEs on the TTPs, SOPs, and POIs of the TSGs and communicate and train both military and civilian personnel on these plans and procedures. The Junior Instructor EOD Technician shall serve as an expert in the use of the TSG search equipment, communications systems, surveillance equipment, and other mission essential gear. Job Description: Broad range of responsibilities to include leading
creation, maintenance, status, analysis, and reporting of all project
schedules and associated metrics; supporting all aspects associated with
program EVMS; and conducting various business analyst tasks for the program.
Duties will include creation of detailed network schedules using critical
path methodology, extraction and analysis of various schedule databases
(e.g., project receivable/deliverable data, baseline vs. actual activity
count data, etc.); analysis of earned value performance data, preparation of
slack tables, critical path analyses, etc., for monthly/quarterly reporting,
and preparation and analysis of EVM reports. Directly supports and
interfaces with the program senior leadership. Significant opportunity for
growth as key member of the DHS PM Team.

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of Program Scheduling, MS
Project and EVMS experience supporting Information technology (IT) or
Weapons Systems related programs. Experience with DHS or DoD programs a
plus.

Clearance: Ideal candidate will have active DHS secret or higher clearance.
Acceptable to have former DHS or DoD clearance.

• Provide regular project updates relating to contractual requirements/milestones, problem/high risk areas, and maintain project and technical documentation
• Identify project issues and as required, lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve such issues
• Be a professional, competent, and cooperative “face” to the U.S. or Allied Governments to best manage the customer relationship, maintain customer satisfaction, yet assuring that the project scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate

Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree from a four-year college; at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. An interest in, and an extensive knowledge of, military firearms and their operational use is a plus. Prior Military or Federal Law Enforcement/Security experience is also a plus.

Language and Written SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as Requests for Proposals and the Federal Acquisition Regulation and its equivalent Defense and Service supplements. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write papers, articles, and proposals that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to all levels of employees including top management.

Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, mathematical, schedule or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
