1. We are looking for qualified Mechanics with HVAC experience to join our team in Columbia, MD.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Responsible for installation and construction of commercial chilled water / DX cooling equipment and systems found in a commercial environment through the proper use of standard piping, valves, fittings and hardware commonly found in commercial facilities.
-Reads and understands piping and plumbing schematics, drawings, and specifications.
-Responsible for use and care of the tools and equipment commonly employed in commercial construction such as pipe threading machines, chain-fall hoists / related lifting equipment, metal cutting equipment, torches for solder / braze applications, electrode welding and general tools of the trade.
-Follow and carry out all company, client, safety and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines as they relate to this position and the work duties being performed.
-Cut, thread and install steel pipe, valves, hangers and accessories.
-Cut, braze or solder, and install copper pipe (up five inches in diameter), valves, hangers and accessories.
-Cut, glue and install CPVC and PVC pipe, valves, hangers and accessories.
-Install base mounted pumps and connecting equipment.
-Support a team effort for the installation of HVAC equipment.
-Pressure testing of piping system, to include partial acceptance to support project schedule.
-Startup and commissioning of HVAC systems in cooperation with manufacturers representatives and associated site personnel.

S&K Aerospace is looking for a number of qualified candidates to provide management and administrative services for the FAA's System Operations Management and Administrative Support Services (SOMASS). These services would be in support of the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Systems Operations Service (AJR) organization.
AJR is responsible for overall traffic flow management, planning, analysis, and implementation of the FAA Safety Management System (SMS), airspace re-design, managing the operational authorization of unmanned aircraft operations, implementation of RNAV/RNP, and development of technical policies, standards, and procedures. AJR provides the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) daily interface with the Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at the national and military command levels regarding national security, air transportation security issues, safety, which include daily operational issues as well as planning for future operations. ATO-R also provides real time evaluation of Air Traffic Control (ATC) services, requirements for weather observation and reporting standards in accordance with the National Weather Services (NWS) standards, acquisition of weather systems to support the ATO, performance analysis for ATC metrics, and formalized agreement with other ATO organizations. In addition, AJR is responsible for development of national policies and guidance for the FAA’s contract flight services stations and management oversight for the Flight Services FS-21 Services Program Contract.
