Maintenance Test Pilot UH-60 A/L or M, Job # 1000CMI: Must be aviation safety qualified (a graduate of the US Army Safety School). The individual must meet the minimum qualification requirements of AR 95-20. Primary duties will be acting as the site aviation safety officer and UH-60 co-pilot, assisting in maintenance test flights. Applicant must be a UH-60 A/L or M qualified pilot with a minimum of 500 hours of pilot-in command experience. In addition, the applicant must possess a commercial FAA pilot certificate/license and a current US Army class 2 or FAA class 2 flight physical. Location: Ft. Bragg AFMA, NC





Maintenance Test Pilot AH-64D, Job # 1000CF3: Must meet the requirements contained in AR 95-20. Pilot inspects the aircraft prior to takeoff for defects such as fuel or oil leaks and malfunctions in electrical, avionics, onboard computers, hydraulic or pressurization systems according to preflight checklist, and inspects aircraft interior, and exterior to include engines, fuselage and control surfaces for mechanical and structural soundness and proper operation to determine aircraft airworthiness. Must have a minimum of 1500 hours pilot experience with 500 MP hours on AH-64D model aircraft. Must provide documentation of test pilot qualifications for AH-64D type military aircraft. MTP pilot shall posses a current, valid Army or FAA second class medical certificate. Location: Hunter AAF, Savannah Ga.

SCA Engineering Tech 5 (Avionics – Predator), Job # 1000DUX: Tasks will include pre and post flight checks on the UAS, GCS system operations, Systems Monitor role during flight, aircraft and GCS avionics repairs and maintenance, aircraft voice and data communication (C-Band and Ku) links, research instrumentation installation and maintenance, etc. Minimum five (5) yrs aircraft experience on Predator type aircraft required. • Provides leadership, liaison, and direct support for material requirements and associated project logistics and supply support operations.
• Oversees operations and provides hands-on expertise and performance, as needed.
• Supervises all employees within the applicable functional area of responsibility; reviews all work requirements; ensures adequate personnel are available for mission execution; and ensures execution of required tasks.
• Manages all personnel actions including selection, promotion, disciplinary actions, performance standards and evaluations, training, and resolution of grievances.
• Acts as the advocate for the company’s goals, policies, and culture and as the advocate for the employees’ successful performance and well-being.
• Provides for the professional development of subordinates.
• Develops solutions to complex materiel management problems.
• Ensures that all logistics solutions are consistent with organization and project objectives.

• Baccalaureate degree in operations management, logistics management, organizational effectiveness, business, engineering, and/or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
• Minimum of three years general experience in a management, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work in providing services to support a specified supply mission.
• Minimum of five years of specialized experience in progressively responsible positions in the Department of Defense.
• Understanding of program planning, funds control, data collection and analysis, and control techniques.
• Broad knowledge of the organization and functions of a variety of supply functions such as storage, inventory, ammunition control, troop issue subsistence, petroleum, oil and lubricants, provision of a wide variety of supplies and equipment, clothing and organizational issue, military equipment, automated supply systems, prescribed load lists, and basic loads.
• Familiarity with the following STAMIS: SAAS-MOD, TAMIS, SARSS, ISM, PBUSE, SAMS-E, and TAADS.
• Advanced computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, modeling and simulations software, and other commercial functional management systems.
• Experience with DoD Supply Chain operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable SECRET security clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

General Description

• Ensure identity management capabilities are leveraged appropriately and effectively to support the COCOM and TSOC mission and operations in addition to appropriate coordination and de-confliction with related facets of identity operations, including associated or integrated sensitive site exploitation, forensics operations and forensics intelligence, document and media exploitation, and biometrics enabled intelligence.• Provide biometric and identity operations management level expertise and interact with the DoD biometric enterprise in support of command missions and operations in addition to strategic, operational and tactical lessons-learned with respect to the acquisition, installation and employment of biometric programs, systems and devices.
• Implement identity operations systems and technical solutions as well as tactics, techniques and procedures in addition to assist to deconflict activities and solutions developed and proposed by the command with enterprise, interagency and other key partners.
• Coordinate biometric programs and capabilities in accordance with DoD Directive 8521.01 E, dated 21 February 2008.
• Provide the Joint Staff and Service component commands with acquisition program resource requirements, capability needs, and technical and system specifications to achieve biometric acquisition program objectives for the respective COCOMs.
• Ensure appropriate adoption and utilization of biometric functionality within and provided by the DoD enterprise. Enhance theatre biometric operations under defined and emerging enterprise tools, devices, systems, architecture, standards, and supporting infrastructure. Ensure deviations are fully coordinated and command approved.
• Synchronize biometric enabled intelligence (BEI) systems and operations activities to meet the commander’s tactical, operational and strategic goals.
• Assist in proposing, planning, designing, and implementing identity operations and systems, and advising on technical solutions, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Assess existing and planned technical identity operations solutions for viability, appropriateness, and effectiveness with respect to area of operations and functional needs.
• Develop and coordinate technical identity operations solutions with command science and technical staff, DOD enterprise and interagency experts and key offices of responsibility.
• Assess and identity technical shortfalls and gaps with respect to biometrics collection and information systems infrastructure.
• Advise command staff on overall identity and biometrics operations systems and technical architecture in support of special, regional security, and contingency operations.
• Assist in the development and operation of COCOM specific biometrically-enabled watchlist databases.
• Provide Training, Testing, and Experimentation support with respect to determining and coordinating technical details, systems, equipment, devices in support of scenarios, trials, and objectives.• Provide support to the COCOMs and TSOCs as related to Working Groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Requirements groups, and Inter-Agency and Partner Coalition/Nation/International meetings and groups.

JOB DUTIES
Manages more than one functional area in security, such as facilities/camp protection, industrial security, investigations, anti terrorism/Force Protection, governmental/program classified security, security engineering. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Supervises the section's security coordinator in all matters dealing with the sub contracted security guard's duties, insures security section's compliance with military directives, policies and guidelines as appropriate. Possesses knowledge of basic investigations procedures. Conducts Security and risk assessments, writes reports, and maintain files as necessary, perform additional duties as assigned. This salaried position may require shift work and call-out responses. Over see site security operations and providing expert advice and focal point for Force Protection (FP) and routine security issues. Supervises physical security, and security compliance programs, consult military security management on site security issues. Makes recommendation to Security Manager and PAE Management based upon threat vulnerability assessment and security assessments. May direct the daily operation and management of the screening and badging cell. Directly supervises the security coordinators and/or supervisors and when required with the assistance of an interpreter be responsible to conduct interviews of host nation employees. Responsible for the supervision of security employees, interpreters, badge protection, issuance and accountability. Controls and/ or supervises access control procedures. Tracks security clearances procedures and regulations. Coordinates NACI compliance. Conducts security screening of PAE grounds/facilities to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Participates in preliminary data collection operations and evidence gathering for later use in corporate directed investigations. Assist with prioritization of local security initiatives, operations and specific missions at HQ locations and other sites as needed. Assume role of Security Manager in his absent.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED:
• College Degree required
• Formal law enforcement training (military or civilian)
• Proven job experience (5 yrs) for Supervision of law enforcement/security officers
• Formal training and working experience in supervision/management positions
• Active DOD security clearance and certificate of criminal background clearance
• Working knowledge of security clearance processing and badging principles
• Read, Write in fluent English
• Working knowledge of Windows Office Suite computer programs
• Possess driver's license from country/state of residence
• Experience in living/working in a restrictive operational environment or military operations highly preferred


WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED:
Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in an area of study relevant to the position. Experiences in international, restrictive and/or hostile environment operations and possesses an active security clearance. Must possess knowledge of force protection procedures and procedures and practices, including five (5) years in leadership positions. Must be able to plan, coordinate and implement physical and electronic security recommendations. Must have two (2) to three (3) years experiences conducting formal inquiries regarding fraud & loss of any criminal act or violations. Must have basic knowledge of interviews and investigative techniques and writing reports as related to security incidents. Must have the ability to plan and execute security training and instructional presentations. Must have knowledge to review, edit and scrutinize security overviews, threat profiles and threat analysis. Must be able to supervisor and direct loss prevention procedures, physical security postures, personal security, and basic personal protective/securing missions. Experience with military operations is highly preferred. Experience working with PAE and/or Lockheed Martin programs. Law enforcement and/or military security experience preferred.
