Position Description Athena Tech Services has been given the responsibility of performing independent test and evaluation for a classified query tool for interfacing with large multi-source intelligence databases. Tasking to support this project will include the development of a formal software test and evaluation process as part of the software build cycle. This process will have to be integrated into the system as a formal element of the overall build process. In addition, the team will perform Independent Test and Evaluation of the software system employing rigorous methodologies for evaluating the correctness and functionality of the product throughout the software delivery life cycle. This process is intended to serve as a means to generate confidence in the SW performance through early identification and correction of functional or performance deficiencies specifically related to customer deployments. A key element of this activity will be the evaluation of performance characteristics of the SW through the generation and evaluation of objective data. The system is a web-based software product (uses IE7/IE8 and Firefox) with a wide diversity of customers. Testing will need to encompass the specific needs of the various customers as well as the data products.

This position will require the successful candidate to have a thorough knowledge of the program, the software and its associated uses. Of particular importance is a detailed knowledge of the development of queries (“Analytic Mentor” knowledge highly desirable), use of the Grid of Grids functions, working knowledge of the “Details Panel” and the “Document View”. The successful candidate will use their knowledge to support the independent test and evaluation process and therefore be able to read, follow and implement written test procedures. In addition, it’s highly desired that the successful candidate be able to support the development of detailed test procedures.

3. Virtualization/VMWare Systems Administrator - TS/SCI (Bolling AFB, DC)

This individual will provide operations & maintenance support to VMware Infrastructure
3 virtual frames across various networks/systems within the DoDIIS Enterprise.
This Systems Administrator will assist in qualifying new system resource requirements
that are to be deployed as virtual servers. The Systems Administrator will also
participate in physical to virtual migrations to include planning, analysis, coordination.
Execution, and troubleshooting throughout the lifecycle of migration efforts. This role
requires a unique balance of customer and technical skills; customer skills to understand
the impact and effect of change on any user or customer work experience, technical skills
to ascertain various methods to accomplish the task that is in the best interest of the
customer and the consolidation effort.
Specific tasks and functions may include:

Summary: The Pipefitter installs or repairs water, steam, gas or other types of pipe and pipefitting. Work involves most of the following: laying out work and measuring to locate position of pipe from drawings or other written specifications, cutting various sizes of pipe to correct lengths with chisel and hammer, oxyacetylene torch or pipe-cutting machines, threading pipe with stocks and dies. This person is responsible for bending pipe by hand-driven or power-driven machines, assembling pipe with couplings and fastening pipe to hangers, making standard shop computations relating to pressures, flow and size of pipe required; and making standard tests to determine whether finished pipes meet specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: The Security Consultant is responsible for the development and implementation of security procedures and programs on a company wide basis. This includes application of effective physical security measures, analysis of security incident trends, and conducting investigations through the use of interviews and other investigative techniques. The consultant will conduct crime prevention surveys and recommend security improvements, provide employee awareness training on security-related issues and be involved in emergency response planning. The consultant may also evaluate proposals and manage contracts with security vendors.

Office Ops/Data Management Lead for the Ballistic Missile Defense System Support (BMDSS) organization on the JRDC program.
The Office Ops/Data Management Lead position is responsible for the guidance, oversight, and tasking of a team of 5 personnel responsible for technical writing, drafting, and administrative assistance. The DM Lead schedules work activities, sets priorities, tasks team members, and reviews work products for quality and completeness. The DM Lead reports directly to the BMDSS Organizational Manager. Office Ops and Data Management is responsible for development and production of quality technical documents that meet project and organizational objectives to include: plans, reports, briefings, forms, checklists, meeting minutes, process documents, templates and publications. Responsible for following document standards and style guides that conform to established Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL), non-CDRL document, and other document templates. Responsible for collecting information from the BMDSS staff to produce a variety of technical documents with a high degree of technical accuracy. Responsible for the configuration of classified and unclassified Video Teleconference (VTC) systems. Provides clerical and administrative support to the BMDSS Organizational Manager and staff.
Possess leadership skills and the ability to work independently with little or no oversight. Possess strong knowledge of English grammar and excellent written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal communications skills and a can-do attitude. Above-average proficiency and technical editing skills with MS Office Suite applications to include MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, and Outlook. Experience developing requirements and design documents, briefings, plans, and test reports, e.g., technical documents typical of an engineering environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field including, but not limited to, English or Journalism and at least eight years of related experience.

Mid to senior level software engineer to develop databases and software applications that support BMDS HWIL and digital ground testing at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations (MDIOC). The applicant will be developing post test analysis tools consisting of specialized queries and other software development techniques using database applications and will be coordinating with other software developers during software development. The applicant will also be coordinating with data management and test planning organizations to develop data collection requirements. The applicant will work with test operations personnel to collect and process data during event execution, and will use the developed software to perform data quality checks and other data processing functions to package and deliver the data to the data center for post-test distribution and archival. The applicant must be able to work with a small team of 1 - 2 software developers, with the anticipation of working into a position as the overall data production lead. The applicant will also develop software requirements, designs, schedules and documentation associated with the software lifecycle and event data quality.
Minimum Requirements:

Scheduler to assist WBI Task Order (TO) Leads and Event Leads in developing IMS's traceable to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), the TO Basis of Estimates and resulting in an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that can be integrated at the Program level. WBI TOs employ approximately 80% discrete tasks. Applicant will use Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques to track progress against the schedule. The IMS must be resourced to assist the TO Leads in understanding facility and personnel conflicts. The applicant will use standardized Systems Engineering Technical Processes (Configuration Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management and Data Management). Scheduler will work closely with WBI TO Leads, Project Managers and Infrastructure Matrix employees. They will develop and manage the WBI schedule management process and will facilitate integration across all JRDC TO / Projects. The scheduler will identify critical paths and collect useful reporting metrics. The scheduler will coordinate with TO Leads and Event Leads for progress/status reports and be responsible for generating EVMS data.
