2. I have a client that has a requirement for a Senior Cultural Analyst or Social Anthropologist in the Northern Virginia area.

Minimum/General Experience: One (1) year experience in the related functional area with a PhD; 5 years experience in related functional area with Master's Degree; Experience in current operations with DOD or Interagency.

Minimum Education: PhD in Cultural Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Geography; PhD in International Finance; PhD in International Relations, International Security Studies or Policy.

Functional Responsibility: Individuals provide senior level guidance and direction in support to and as members of the CSG Red Team and to the Chief, Red Team. The functional area senior analyst shall provide subject matter expertise focusing efforts of the teams in their execution of requests for support (RFS) to the current warfighters and in assessments of alternatives for counter-IED in support of the global mission. The functional area senior analyst shall support the initial vetting of alternatives developed by the Red Team to ensure plausible alternatives are logically sound and include specific functional area considerations for decision-makers. The analyst shall evaluate prospective courses of action identified in Red Team products that include cultural aspects, resourcing and supply chain identification, and security implications to better inform Red Team solutions. The analyst shall review fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the specialty fields as they relate to counter-IED efforts. The analyst shall ensure efforts by other government entities are considered, analyzed and evaluated for applicability to Red Team initiatives. The functional area senior analysts will maintain currency in the knowledge base with respect to relevant issues and actions in their respective fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Director of Training/Site Lead, responsible for the successful planning, supervision and execution of complex, multifaceted Special Forces based training programs. Supervise HR, Operations, Logistics/Supply functions and all training activities. Must possess a demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for time-sensitive requirements in training environments. Enforces safety standards. Complies with installation environmental regulations. Assist the customer develop strategic, multi-year training strategy/plans. Provides daily guidance and supervises his staff and training cadre to facilitate the needs of the customer. Responsible for fulfilling all customer requirements as prescribed in Task Order Performance Work Statements, and must be able to adjust Team assets and resource to meet fluid customer training requirements and remain within the parameters of the Performance Work Statement. Enforces both customer and employer standards. Responsible for successful program execution “on the ground” in a field environment. Requires frequent interaction with senior staffs and senior leaders in the SOF community. Occasional TDY may be required. Ensures adherence to GDIT standards of individual performance and conduct as well as morale and welfare of all training teams. Secret security clearance is required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree is required, masters Degree is preferred.
*Deep Experience with Special Forces Training.
*Minimum of 10 years SOF experience preferred.
*Extensive OCONUS program operations and training experience is required.

• Retest the system processes after corrective actions are applied to the application.
• Validate regression testing of defects identified in earlier testing.
• Enter the results of all scenario/test case validations and system test results into the automated test support system.
• Prepare After Action Reports, Trip Reports, Meetings, Conferences, Progress Reports, etc.
