8. MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX DEVELOPER - Is responsible for the details of a software development project. The Software Engineer V is responsible for documenting requirements, creating technical specifications, assigning work to developers, verifying that completed software meets written requirements and company standards, meeting with customers, and reporting to management. The Software Engineer V may have supervisory responsibility over a software development project team and as such will be responsible for interviewing potential applicants, rating employees, and enforcing company policies. 9. NETWORK THREAT ANALYST - Performs security vulnerability scans and tests for known and unknown vulnerabilities existent in the Army STAMIS systems. PROPOSAL WRITER - Is involved in the full life cycle of the proposal development process, to include scheduling, editing, writing, content development, and production of the final proposal package. Works directly with technical staff to answer all proposal requirements, and continues to upgrade the quality of proposals written. Edits & re-writes, as required, proposals prepared by others to ensure the final production materials comply with message quality, format, and content to meet the stated objective and are consistent with MAT communication strategy guidelines.

17. SAMS-IE OPERATOR – 1 -The SAMS-IE Operator-1 handles the day to day operational supply control of the SAMS-IE system for the Mine Route Clearing Vehicle (MRCV) refurbishment project. Duties will include but are not limited to: receiving repair parts requests from the shop floor; processing repair parts requests; receiving repair parts; monitoring status of repair parts; ensuring proper cataloging and distribution of incoming parts. Processing turn-ins of repairable components for evacuation and work ordering of components for repair; tracking repair parts status; notifying management of repair parts problems; generating production reports, as required. Furthermore the SAMS-IE Operator 1 will perform cost management and other requirements, as required by the Program Manager (PM). The SAMS-IE Operator 1 will assist the Warehousemen on the storage and distribution of repair on an intermittent basis. 1. Description of Services/General Information
The contractor shall provide a resource coordinator to oversee and maintain the customer resource center, known as the Discovery Center, in the Airman and Family Readiness Center. The primary emphasis of the position is to greet and assist both walk-in and telephone customers, assist customers with questions regarding word processing, resume/cover letter writing, federal employment applications and resumes, job/ company listings, scholarship resources, relocation computer programs, and other computer software as is installed. In addition, the contractor shall update and post job listings on a timely basis, maintain files on companies, and work with the respective AFRC personnel to ensure quality customer service. Contractor shall:
1.1 Provide 40 hours of service per week during AFRC customer service hours, 0730 - 1630 daily, excluding Federal Holidays, for a maximum total of 2000 hours annually. Contractor must provide advance notice of planned absences, notify AFRC contact by phone of unplanned absence by 0900 of day of unplanned absence. 1.4 Provide orientations of the Discovery Center for walk-in customers and participants of Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and other workshops. Promote user awareness of the Discovery Center itself, the AFRC and available resources through written materials and briefings/tours.
1.5 Assist customers with technical questions concerning use of computers and computer programs, to include formatting materials to be printed and operation of other electronic equipment.
1.6 Perform minor troubleshooting on computers, printers and typewriters, to include keeping printers loaded with paper, clearing paper jams, changing toner cartridges or typewriter ribbons.
1.7 Track and maintain postings of job lead listings as received and purge outdated listings on a weekly basis for both paid and volunteer positions. 1.8 Conduct weekly checks of client computer usage, insuring that computers are being used for job search functions and not for unauthorized functions or Internet sites. Report improper computer use and/or any signs of viruses or server/network problems. Insure computer workstations are clean, neat and orderly. Wipe down computer workstations and computers on a daily basis.
1.9 Maintain reference library to include books, videos, CDs, websites, information, referral services and computer resources. Check in and catalog new materials within one week of receipt into FIRST, develop lists of all resources, and make recommendations for ordering additional or updated resources. As part of this, maintain a cataloging system for print and video materials, and be able to assist clients in locating and selecting appropriate resource materials based on their needs.
1.10 Maintain files of articles, company resources and literature for the purpose of developing resumes, conducting job search research for transitioning military members and family members seeking employment.
1.11 Ensure Discovery Center is neat and organized. This includes updating resource racks and files as new materials become available and cataloging and displaying new books and videos as they arrive.
1.12 Monitor use of materials and make recommendations when necessary for acquisition of additional materials or safeguarding any stock.
1.13 Update brochure racks and bulletin boards with AFRC information on base and at Armed Services YMCA.
1.14 Accountable for materials. Responsible for checking in/out resource materials through FIRST or other designated method. Follow up on materials not returned within the time frame established by AFRC management.
1.15 Inventory all materials quarterly no later than the last working day of the last month of the quarter. Report any loss or damage to the AFRC management the next duty day.
1.16 Ensure all customers sign in to document usage of Discovery Center for TAP and other services.
1.17 Track completion of DD Form 2648, Pre-Separation Counseling Checklist to ensure accomplishment prior to attendance at 4 Day TAP seminar and within the AFI required window of 90 days prior to separation.
1.18 Prepare and duplicate TAP Manual and other documents and assemble TAP manuals to ensure adequate supply for each semi-monthly class.
1.19 Ensure customer feedback forms are distributed to and collected from users of Discovery Center and totaled weekly, including TAP Exit Questionnaires.
1.20 Input and track statistical data using the FIRST data tracking system as needed throughout the day.
1.21 Maintain/update job postings and other AFRC information on AFRC web pages.
1.22 Provide assistance to customers faxing approved documents. Fill out AF Form 1072 for long distance faxes.
1.23 Pickup and distribute AFRC mail. Check AFRC email boxes and forward messages as needed.
1.24 Invoice monthly for services rendered.
2. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES
The Government will provide printing support for materials as required. The Government will be available to assist the contractor, provide working space, FSC calendar, pencils, and pens, filing and storage space, and computer.
3. PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
The Contractor must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FrontPage and Access, and be able to quickly become proficient on other resource software as available. Contractor’s attire will be business casual or better.
